I want to know how to wrote stories & novels also manga with pictures ?

I have a loooot of mangas that I love, but my special ones are Elektel Delusion, Katekyo!, Amerio Paradox and Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki... I could keep going but it would take a while to write them all. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

I'm a 29 female and I got into Yaoi manga just two years ago. I'm extremely addicted. Anyone else out there a late bloomer?

No one caught me yet (phew!). But if they found out especially my big sister I'll tell her "it a loooong story to be told sis" ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

I have one. I have known her since kindergarten (but became a friend with her this year. I just friended her (if that's a word). Bcuz she was my bestie's second bestie. But now my bestie is obsessed with something else (I'm not gunna say this thing name)
Now she hates anime and manga and ME. Now I want To lose All connection with these two!!!!

I personally would not stop, I just can't stop even if they paid me 100 million dollars I wouldn't, cause it's literally impossible to stop once you get into it just like the saying once you go black you can never go back in my case it's once you a Yaoist you can never go back.

In this day and age, the general belief i seem to be getting from the culture & media around me is that sex should not be a shameful topic, and people should be able to talk freely about it and learn about it without having to be ashamed.

If so, in keeping with this idea, would it not be fair to allow the underage to read sexual materials such as yaoi or ecchi or smut or yuri? Don't get me completely wrong, I do think it is right to uphold things like statutory rape and prohibiting graphically violent material (such as gore like disembowelment or similar stuff) to kids. But if we are to become a more open society about ideas such as sex we should give them the information they need so they have time to contemplate what they want and to absorb all the information.

kids don't magically transform into adults on their 18th (or 21st, for that matter) birthday. they aren't magically imparted with sexual knowledge and mental preparedness that they will need to deal with it when it actually happens! They need to be taught. yaoi, or sexually explicit material, is just a method to expose people to sexual ideas that they might actually enjoy (and introduced in a non-clinical way such as a formal class about sex).

in the future, if we can stand to let go of this social norm, i think it would be good to change this one little thing about "TV-MA" or "R18" from sexually explicit material to just violently graphic.

Just FYI, I am a supporter of people also getting a formal and up-to-date education on sexual health and conduct. I have taken such classes myself but without reading yaoi there would be a lot I would miss out on. And, another plus to reading yaoi, you can't be too embarrassed to ask!

again, sorry if this is just me ranting to get my opinion out there. feel free to reply with your own take on sexually explicit material and it's age restrictions.

*** this question disregards the factor that a lot of kids read R18/TV-MA stuff already despite it saying 'don't read if you're not above 18'. this is about social stigma and formal regulations not de facto.

so i got into yaoi when i was about 10 years old it was something i could get sucked into it and forget about reality for a few hours you know and i didn't have someone to talk to? A few year later i told my cousin because he the closest person i can relate to in my family and he gave me a look of utter disgust so i felt ashamed from reading yaoi? i moved on form that and i told my closet friends they said OK and we'll keep it a secret it they always torment me about it saying you read about sex and guys getting pregnant and sex and dicks they looked in my dairy and found manga's of yaoi stories and said it out loud in the class luckily nobody heard them and i felt betrayed at that moment and ashamed because they kept bullying me about it and i don't know why i keep hanging around them in school maybe because i'll be alone in school and i'n not the most popular one n school so i usually don't go out of the house to go out it'd been 4 months already and they treat me like a 4th wheel and i'm afraid that if i tell my friend that i treat her like a sister she'll be disgusted of me. i really don't want to lose anymore friends anymore. did anyone ever feel like that before. it's just that i really relate to yaoi

What Yaoi manga do you think should be made into an anime. Also, include those that you think should have been continued or should be remade!

you might want couple like Haru and Ren in Super Lovers or Misaki and Usagi in Junjou Romantica. I ship both couple,can't even choose.Maybe in term of cute and lovely, i gladly take Haru and Ren but in term of pleasure, I prefer misaki and Usagi

I know it's probably not going to happen, but someday I would like to see a yaoi manga made into a big budget film.
And I'm not talking animated; I'm talking live action with well known actors, great sets, and killer special effects.
Personally, I would make Crimson Spell into a trilogy of films similar to the LOTR movies.

I love Abe Miyuki's work. I love how he pictures Super Lover. It's really unique and different from the other works. It always has a good plot and plays with emotions. It's really great.

I'm curious on how people feel about shota manga? I kind of have a problem with it. I'm from the US so to us it's like child porn. Also I have 2 boy's. A 14 and a 6 year old. (Yes I'm old) I understand it's fiction but it just seems wrong. At least be 16 plus otherwise it just grosses me out.

Crazy as it may seem, my friends don't seem to enjoy talking about anime and manga all the time. Sometimes it can be tough to have conversations with them about how my weekend went when I know all I did was read manga. They tend to get exhausted with me. I've attempted to get them into it, but it doesn't work and the only friend I have that also likes it doesn't usually get into the same stories that I do. What would you all do in a situation like this?
