So me and my friend are trying to get another friend into Yaoi because we know that once she reads one, she will try to read them all. We asked her for her favorite type of boy, and now I need help finding a character like him.

The boy needs to be tall, with black hair, green eyes, wears pants, and has a normal sense of fashion.

Who here thinks that the Japanese assumption of that we kiss everyone as a means of saying hello is hilarious? Any other hilarious assumptions that you also think is funny?

Ok, so so far I’ve mostly seen yaoi manga with gay bars, where only gay men go to. There are a few exceptions, but is there any gay/lesbian bar manga out there? This is probably one of my biggest pet peeves yet.

One of my favorite types of characters are ones that hide their face behind their bangs. For some reason, they always seems to be extremely fluffy. Is there any good manga that feature a character that has long bangs? I prefer one where this character appears often enough that we know their name. Thank you

So I just tried to read ultimate special school life, but there were only 2 chapters out since 2013...
I’m in the mood for a manga where the whole school is full of ‘special kids’ and the main character is either ‘ordinary’ or is a transfer student in this unique school. They don’t actually have to be ordinary or a transfer student, I’m more into the unique school. Thank you.

I decided to start a challenge where you have to either use the picrew I will show you, or find a good one yourself and make a certain character!!!

Is there any good manga that has a side character who either was the main character or people would think is the main character, but is actually an evil bitch in the making?

Ok, so I just finished reading the rose of versailles, and it made me cry. Right now, I want a happy romance manga to help me forget about it. I don’t care about when the manga was written, I just don’t feel like any yaoi right now. It’s the middle of the day and I prefer reading stuff like that at night. Thank you.

Everyone has a yaoi kink that they love, especially for sex scenes. Either it is height difference, food play, or even a certain sex position that you feel satisfied about when reading. I certainly can name a few of my favorites off the top of my head. What I can even clearly name off the top of my head is my least favorite yaoi sex kinks.

Clothes on during sex, this especially is counted onto socks and/or shoes on during sex. This mostly is tied with the uke, not the seme

I hate it. The only time it’s okay with me is it they are doing a secret public sex time, other than that, I find it uncomfortable.

Does anyone else have a sex kink that they absolutely despise? I want to know if some people feel the same pain as I do, even if it’s not for the same thing.

What was the first ever “yaoi” manga?
So far I got basic facts like how it first showed up in the 1970s as a sub genre of shoujo, and how the word yaoi was an acronym for yama nashi, ochi nashi, imi nashi (no climax, no point, and no meaning). With all of this, the earliest one that I could find was Captain Tsubasa, which was made in the 1980’s. Is there any yaoi that is older than that one? I still don’t even know if it counts as yaoi or not...
