My favourite twisted artist is parasio, those guys CAN DRAW some sick ass plots. And I for one, do not judge, I am an open-minded person and will go for twisted any day (⌒▽⌒).
Mine would probably be the Enzai visual novel. I bought it off of Ebay when I was 11 or 12 and played through it. I was a little shocked, but it didn't effect me too much.
