Not the best place to ask for advice but I recently got scammed $99. I paid through both Venmo and PayPal is there a way to file back/charge back, if you have any experience or knowledge about this pls let me know I can’t read my manhwas right now when I feel like shit.
First, breathe. $99 may seem like a lot to lose right now but it's not enough to ruin your life. For this I would really recommend using reddit and/or quora previously answered posts. PayPal typically has a refund thing for all transfers, but unless you put business transaction for Venmo, you can't get it back. You probably won't love this, but you...... reply
