Does being mediocre at my field mean I should leave it?
I’m an architecture student and a lot of my classmates ditched architecture not because they were bad or were failing but because they didn’t get the results they wanted. This got me thinking if it would be better if I leave too because I too am getting mediocre results even after pulling multiple all nighters. I’ve never gotten higher than a B+ in any project and the one time I did get an A, it dropped to a B+ because there were two jurors. Everybody else gets multiple As and there’s some who have gotten multiple after putting half as much effort into it as me.
Id say that'd be up to you. Sure people can get good grades at something but it doesn't mean they love what they do. Maybe the classes arent catered to how you learn, in which case, maybe you need outside help to bring you to speed.
tl;dr I'd say take a day to just think hard if you want to continue architecture...
