Whoever came up with the pronunciation of acai, count your days. Also why is COLONEL PRONOUNCED KERNEL???? It was purely made to embarrass anyone who had to read it outloud.
I've gotten accustomed to most words so idek.
Also ik french so i know how to prouncence most of those loanwords (queue was a shock still).
But i didn't know colonel was genuinely pronounced so weirdly!!! I always thought i misheard it. reply
