Angry crying
Anyone else cries when they get angry? I do it a lot and I hate it, I can never be angry without getting teary-eyed. Also why do you guys think angry crying happens? Is there a way to stop it?
Anger isnt an emotion. It is a result of sadness(which is an emotion). So when you get angry, you say stuff that made/makes you sad and poof tears appear. 2 reply
Yeah I do it all the time lol, from my experience I think the angry crying happens when you have a genuine cause like ot hurted your heart yknow? Like your partner cheated on you. And the normal anger is just when you're annoyed or ticked like if your sibling ate your donut FCKING HATE THAT MF I KNOW IT WAS JUST A DREAM BUT HOW DARE HE TAKE THE LAS...... reply
Anyone else feel like they rarely get genuinely angry? I remember some times when I was angry but those were over 6-7 years ago. Some of them were angry crying and I remember it being hot and infuriating. I think it stems from an inability to properly express your emotions. 2 reply
