Yaaaas!!! Sleep paralysis and i are bff now. My first sleep paralysis was when I was 15. I remember vividly how i couldn't move any body parts while my brain was conscious AF. Could mostly be due to stress, anxiety, or the way you sleep, but tbh I'm not 100% sure. What i can recommend though is for you to remain calm when/if you experience it again. Trying to force yourself to physically move can lead you to experience more stress since sleep paralysis is mainly due to you waking up prematurely, though I cant really talk......   1 reply

Some tips for sleep paralysis 1. Don’t panic 2. Calm yourself and stabilize your breathing 3. Don’t try to move your body or make voice (since it won’t work lol and it’ll make the situation much more worse.) 4. Just stay calm, in a few minutes you’ll get back to nomal…or maybe not   1 reply
