Rashta, she isn't perfect, but I can really appreciate her. She went from a slave to an empress, because she was good at manipulation, if she were the FL, everyone would be cheering for her . Sovieshit or what's his face, is the only one, that's actually at fault. He's the cheating one, that's rude to the Empress (who I love btw).
Some of the readers are so weird, they act like they're one of those snobby nobles in the comments. They act like the fact that Rashta is a slave somehow makes her dirty and that when she tries to hide that fact, that it's stupid/immoral of her. How much do you have to turn your brain off while reading, that you can act like slavery is a personal failure.
Yeah, she's bad at being an empress and she's easily manipulated, but she literally received no education, before arriving to the palace. I don't think the FL (again, my beloved) would be great at taking care of the stables and whatever it is, that Rashta had to do. It's completely understandable why FL didn't like her, but I need to remind you that Rashta admired her and was friendly to her, until FL told her that Sovieshit would soon get bored of her and abandon her (which Rashta thought meant, that she would become a slave again).
I am so tired of y'all Rashta defenders. Nobody would have loved her even if she was a protagonist because she is genuinely evil. Like all the times she pretended to be the victim in front of Shovieshu and framed Navier of bullying her. And the time she pulled out all the feathers of a bird gifted to Navier and the time she cut off the fingers of the maid because she thought she was flirting with Sovieshu. These acts weren't done just so she wouldn't go back to being slave. Although I admit some webtoon comments are really classist with how they act that it's Rashta's fault she was born a slave. But that's about it . Other than that she is an infuriating character and just because she used to be a slave doesn't get a pass for her wrong doings.
And she managed to become empress not because she manipulated Shovieshu but because she got pregnant (which wasn't even Shovieshu's child because he is infertile). Shovieshu would never divorce Navier if Rashta didn't get pregnant and he needed to legalize their child.
