If we are talking ticklish, the soles of the feet probably for most people. My dad literally used to wake me and my siblings up by tickling our feet. It was kinda weird but, eh. If we are talking just sensitive in general... ears probably for me. Maybe the nape? I dunno. I don't let people touch me yall lol
