If you don't have a hot water pack you can fill up a water bottle (1L Coca Cola bottle or something) with hot water and use that. Tylenol isn't the best to use for cramps, if possible use ibuprofen (Advil) or naproxen (Aleve) next time. but cinnamon tea and something hot and heavy over the abdomen always helps me on really bad days. and not to sound like a mom but don't walk barefoot lmao reply

I'm very Filipino so when I get cramps I use this thing called "katinko". It's an ointment that helps with leg pain, bug bites, cramps, etc. I can't live without katinko. It has the same feel as icy-hot but works better. I also drink tea when I don't have katinko with me. 1 reply
Don’t eat anything cold (trust me it helps a lot) and put a hot pack on ur stomachs. Try drinking hot water mixed with brown sugar (idk why but it feels nice). 2 reply
