I take Diclofenac, it helps especially the suppo form. Also roll a warm blanket on your belly and back, make sure it's extra warm, dress warm too even if you have to wear socks during summer, trust me it helps. Also, this may sound funny but it helps me the list to warm my belly, it's to tug my hand under my clothes and put it right on where it hur......   1 reply

Drink room temperature water and use a heating pad and lay it where the cramps are. Idk if this will help   reply

Something warm and heavy on my stomach usually works for me. I usually take something that helps me sleep as well as a Tylenol because it takes a bit too long for Tylenol to kick in   reply

this happened to me and i needed to throw up multiple times and poop once or twice, get something that is hot or warm and if you have laxatives to poop even better, wait with a bag/bucket and make sure to be ready to go to the toilet (im a trans boy btw dont misgender me, my pronouns are he/him thanks)   1 reply

Anything warm, and place on my stomach, also, I take some Tylenol, which you have, but sometimes, I put a cup in the microwave for like 20 sec and place it on my stomach, it helps to sleep as well, maybe listen to something you like to distract you, music or maybe a show you like?
