how can you tell that you're being true to yourself?
I honestly find it hard to tell whether it's my real feelings and thoughts or I'm just fooling myself and made up those things to make me feel better. I kinda don't know myself in a way that I'm confused between what's true and what's lie.
Try asking your closest friends about your thoughts. Even though the person who knows you the most is yourself. Maybe your friends know something that you dont even notice. I dont know what your thinking about rn. But im sure someone can understand you reply
