how can you tell that you're being true to yourself?
I honestly find it hard to tell whether it's my real feelings and thoughts or I'm just fooling myself and made up those things to make me feel better. I kinda don't know myself in a way that I'm confused between what's true and what's lie.
the line between the truth and the lie is always very thin, a lie that is repeated will soon become the truth. personally, i don't think there's such a thing as "fake feelings", all the emotions and thoughts you come up with are true to you.
