I was planning to do exercise I looked up different things and i was going to start running again I found meal plans I was determined But next thing i know im sat on the couch watching TV eating chocolate cake like a greedy pig
It all starts with a routine that is really simple to follow. Like a glass of water in the morning or a stretch instead of just going into a full on meal plan/workout etc. Those huge plans are mainly for people who have been doing them for ages and it's really hard to get into, trust me, me too.
