Both, I use my laptop family to play but i usually play genshin on phone now bc it's easier and more convenient for me (my phone is Samsung galaxy and and it had 123GB btw and it's new anyways).

I USE IT ON MY PHONE ITS A XIAOMI MI MAX ITS BASICALLY LIKE A PHABLET THO ITS HELLA BIG MAN SO YEAH IT WORKS BUT MY BATTERY DRAINS SUPER FAST AND IT SOMETIMES CRASHES AND RECENTLY IVE BEEN FACING THIS PROBLEM WHERE IT CONTINUOUSLY SAYS 'RECONNECTING TO SERVER' ON IT AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE HEATTTT IT OVERHEATS SO DAMN MUCH MY PHONE IS SHIT

I play on my phone but my phone is a bit outdated, it's an iPhone 7S and it lags a lot lol so I have to have the graphics at lowest :/ Genshin on the PC runs smoother and it's quite a big game; get it on PC so you don't lose your limited phone space ^^ reply
