Do you feel better with a mask on your face?
When I’m going outside with a mask on, I feel less self-conscious and feel less anxiety about people looking at me. And when I was at school, I felt better talking with others.
I hate wearing the mask because my breath gets trapped inside the mask and then makes me all sweaty and hot, also, i feel out of place and unusual when wearing it...so ig not. reply
honestly same. I don't feel okay if I show my skin too much in the first place.. so having half of my face covered has made me feel more comfortable. Now, I have respiratory issues so it also kinda sucks but it's better than panicking over shit in public reply
