I need to fix my sleeping habits.
I can't keep staying up late at night when all i'm doing is scrolling through tik tok and watching youtube videos Its to the point where i sleep between 1 or 3 am Sometimes 4 am I can't go back to staying up until 10 in the morning again Those days were fun until i couldn't stop doing it Think imma die early
i sleep at 5 am regularly and wake up around 10 som much earlier cause my parents dont know about my sleeping habits and they are really strict haha.. i could sleep more early but I have insomnia and I consider my times when its early morning to be really peaceful (especially in an abusive household)... i believe there's a term for it.. revenge sle...... reply
