I need to fix my sleeping habits.
I can't keep staying up late at night when all i'm doing is scrolling through tik tok and watching youtube videos Its to the point where i sleep between 1 or 3 am Sometimes 4 am I can't go back to staying up until 10 in the morning again Those days were fun until i couldn't stop doing it Think imma die early
Same, except It's just youtube for me... As soon as it hits 5 am I was always like why bother sleeping. I suggest melatonin, It really used to help me sleep. Don't take it every night though, because it made me too tired lol like even after 8 hours of sleep I was still too tired to get out of bed. I don't use them often anymore because I can go to ...... reply
