Good on ya! I read yaoi in church... let me explain. I'm an atheist, but my best friend is Seventh-day Adventist. She asked me to attend a funeral with her - just some random church patron, not anyone she knew personally. I told her I'd suck it up and go but I didn't want to be bored out of my skull. So, she had to agree to let me take my tablet and read manga. She was fine with it and we went. We ended up sitting in the last pew of the church and reading yaoi together on my tablet. I should also add that she goes to church only to keep her older sister from pitching a fit at her at every turn. So, her appearance at the funeral was to appease her sister. Should we have just not gone? Absolutely! However, the repercussions of such a rebellion would have be apocalyptic between my friend and her sister. So, we did our best with what we had. We sat silently and just read and made sure that no one could sit behind or beside us to snoop. We made every effort to be respectful and not cause any distraction. That said, I still have enjoyed looking at dicks in asses in the "house of the lord". LMAO
