SOMEONE HELP ME W MATH
um yeah. A circular fountain is surrounded by a walkway 3 feet wide. Find the radius of the fountain if the area of the walkway is 154 ft2. Use 22/7 for . (Remember that the formula for area of a circle is r2.)

I see feet & ft2 so byeeeeeee
jk, if
width of the walkway = 3
radius of the fountain = r
area of fountain = 22/7(r^2)
area of walkway = 154
area of walkway + fountain = 22/7[(3+r)^2] = 22/7(r^2) + 154
so if you solve the last one you'll get r
dunno, i feel dumb, I'm done with math last time i solved anything was 4 ys ago a...... reply
