Drink water, eat some mints, the methanol in mints help relive pain, a banana will help if you have indigestion, if it's gastric problems, drink some ginger tea. reply
If going to the bathroom doesn't work then do things u enjoy that is relaxing. Like listening to music or reading manga or both. You can also just lay in bed and think(before doing so you can take pills if you want). reply
baking soda water if you feel like its a stomach ache and if its cramps then take ibuprofen and heat up a sock filled with rice to put on your stomach. or a water bottle reply
