Sleep for 15 mins and accidentally turn off the timer and slept for 4 hours and regret sleeping and wasting time and be angry at myself for being unproductive but then sleeps again to relieve stress and repeat. reply
Sometimes i stare at the ceiling or stand up and sit down randomly when there's nothing to do. If it's particularly bad I'll walk downstairs then back up again for no particular reason. I also like sitting on the staircase sometimes. 1 reply
