What would you tell your younger self?
Growing up I was really angry not understanding the circumstances I was in... I really wish I could have talked to my younger self and reassure them that it wasn't always their fault and that they are loved.
I would inform my younger self about a mental health disorder that I was unaware of at the time so that they could get help earlier on and get treatment so they hopefully wouldn't have to live with it for as long as I have. reply
