I got suuper curious of how people think! People talk and people touch. For me Yaoi is awesome because in my mind would be like "duh! Those boisss are damn sexy! Why must pair it to a girl?"

many answered "because its hot,its something 'forbidden'"so that makes it more scandalous to read and feed the mighty human curiousity. i think so too.(especially the dj genre they tend to have the hottest yaoi scenes xD) but anyway, i read them cause there are some masterpieces that prove that love doesnt have gender or maybe age?i appreciate all ...... reply
I don't really think it's 'hot' I don't use it as a source to get off or anything. I just like reading LGBT works, I don't restrict myself to BL either I also go to Yuri. Because you rarely see LGBT based mangas in the U.S. But im beginning to stop reading BL mangas in general not Because a lot of the new ones are either rapey or just smut. The fan...... reply
Yaoi was the key to the Pandora's box that is my sexuality. I've been able to come to terms with being a gay male, thanks in part to Yaoi. Yaoi stories can be anything. They can employ the most tired clichés, or have an extremely fascinating story. They can contain super erotic, hardcore smex scenes that turn me on or be fluffy romance stories bet...... reply

Well for me the first thing that caught my attention in a yaoi was the comedy like I don't why but I find it so funny and that's what I like the most about this genre and its different from the comedy in shoujo or another genre. Also I love when the seme is sarcastic but in a funny way I'm pretty sarcastic myself so I can relate to those characters...... reply
