What time do you guys go to sleep and wake up? Like the fool I am, I sleep around 12 to 2 and wake up at 5:30 am. By the way, dark circles look cooler in anime. Σ( ￣□￣||)
I go to sleep at 11 or 12 and wake up at 5:40 am. It's ok, I've been living like that for some time. It's hard for everyone, but we have to get ourselves together reply
Well I feel extremely productive at night, plus the silence and better internet speed makes it even better. And thanks to everything, my sleep schedule is messed up. Now I basically just want 4-5 hours of sleep. That's it. Even if I'm going to bed at 4 am. Σ( ￣□￣||)
Oh and School? I already escaped that hell, so. (￣∇￣")

i got bed at around 12-1 am and wake up at 7 am . i'm so frickin proud of myself. before i used to go to bed at like 3 or 4am sometimes even 6 am and wake up at 7 or 8 am . it was common for me to not get any sleep at all and i used to live off of coffee and energy drinks. somehow i got my sleep schedule in check by the help of melatonin reply
