Whenever I get nausea or stomachaches, classical/romantic era music always makes me feel better. Not sure why, it just has a calming effect on me. Anything else (ESPECIALLY music with lyrics) just makes me feel antsy or restless. Composers like Bach, Chopin, Schubert, Tchaikovsky, etc.
If music doesn’t work, nature sounds or baking/cooking asmr?...... reply
Crush by Doja Cat I listened to it while reading the mo dao zu shi novel and it left a really strong happy imprint on me somehow and now I love that fucking novel and this song reply
