okay first thing first how old are you? I'm not trying to say you can't do it because you might be young but sometimes its better to just hold out. I was in a similar situation a few times. Start with a bob (layered or not, depending on how you want it) and ask the salon to fix the bleaching job you did to suit the cut. Cut it shorter and shorter over time. As in several years 'over time'.
