Personnally i had a burn out and during that time I felt emotionnal roller coasters that were super invasive, and overwhelming. I called them '' tsunamis '' I was completely overwhelmed and it could last for several hours. My brain was in stressed state and the intense emotions gave me a lot of spinning thoughts it was hard to think straight at tho...... 2 reply
