I cant help you much since i did CIE and not Edexcel or aqa but since its alr may, the exams have already started and all i can tell you is to do a lot of past papers, especially from recent years cuz i promise you the questions will try to confuse you as much as possible, especially in the sciences but its actually so easy once you understand. When I'm really stuck, I try a change of pace that requires me to move around like a cup of tea/drink of choice or I'll sometimes literally step outside and touch some grass lol. Then I tell myself that once I have finished this thing I'm doing, I'm switching gears when I come back. Idk, works for me when I've got a deadline looming. 1 reply
I'm also a crammer but ngl none of the fancy tricks ever worked for me. What I do is:
-read the material then explain it to myself again like I'm teaching myself
-highlight/underline important stuff if you have a written copy
-write down important terms then their summarized meaning (A - summarized meaning of A in a single sentence) after reading ...... 1 reply
