Ch21 Do not read until all of season 2 is uploaded cuz every episode has a cliff hanger and you're gonna be anxiously awaiting each episode! 7/14 rip lol. Got taken down cuz author threatened to sue. Guess I'll only be able to read it (and not comment ) @ Lezhin.

I hate it. I hate when the victims' suffering serves as nothing more than the protagonist's means towards enlightenment. It's misogynistic BS that needs to die. The uke in this story is a sexy Mother Theresa who has no personality besides catering to the seme's underdeveloped needs. Seme is peer pressured to rape uke. Uke lets seme rape him. It sounds stupid cuz this is absolutely not true irl but this is how it's told in the story. He lets himself be gangbanged raped, including with a tool wtf (at least they used a condom thank God for small favors). All of it to lessen the emotional burden on the seme. And 3 years later, it's the same who's suffering, having turned to cutting himself out of guilt (even though he's still hanging the uke ughh). Uke, the actual victim, seems to feel no suffering himself and instead comforts the seme.

I'm conflicted about this story. The beginning made me cry a lot. My heart ached for everyone. Yuki and Tomohisa having to deal with Yuki's father's disapproval and attempt to break them up. Yuki's desire to have a child with Tomohisa. Tomohisa having to deal with his guilt, the loss of Yuki, taking care of essentially a stranger in Yuki's body and his decision to get Yuki help and turn himself in.┗( T﹏T )┛ But I can't get behind Tomohisa sleeping with a mentally ill person. And Yuuta is not only a child but the child Yuki wished to have with him (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ Idk man, idk. Kinda fucked up that at one point, they're shown together with their "child" even though Tomohisa was also fucking Yuuta while Yuuta was in the role of their "child" idk maaaaaaan Gonna give it 4 stars for now since it elicited so many emotions from my but it's fucked up lol. Tomohisa's last line in chapter 1 still breaks my heart "Won't you come back to me?"

CH mature 104 I love the themes of this story. Obsession, putting people on pedestals, gossip, power dynamics. I don't think I've ever read another BL where the one of the lead characters is obsessed with the other lead character in a "wants to be him" way rather than the usual "wants to fuck him" or "wants to be his boyfriend" way. It's something that works so well in a queer story. The dynamics wouldn't be the same if the couple were heterosexual. This really puts the story above your usual BLs.

I guess it just end with seme going to jail for killing women & uke shot (possibly dead????). It was meh overall, leaving was way too fast and the author's style is giving brief snaps into the story. You have no sense of time for until a character says the date and you're like, y'all really just fast forwarded 2 weeks????? So they met & seme's like "I spend the most time with you, you're the closest person to me. You're basically my wife." (Granted, I think the Google translator didn't help at all lol) and then makes a move on him and they're fucking 4 days after meeting lol :S

3.5 stars bully gangster X yandere underling Art is hot and beautiful. Smut is on point. Story is good and interesting for a short one.

Ch7.5 It's incest but the art is gorgeous and the story is unique and intriguing and the plot twists are twisted :S

Ch2 Straight neet tricks a closeted guy into being his platonic sugar daddy but then starts catching jealous boyfriend feelings lol.

This gon be a Ted Talk, bear with me. I see this story as 3 main acts. Act 1: A seemingly selfless and go-getter-type young teacher ends up raping a very vulnerable teen who has been abused and abandoned by his parents. Act 2: The teen takes revenge. Act 3: They live happily ever after. The story would have been perfect if it had ended at the scene where Mirai brings the scissors up to his neck after his rape. I consider this the end of Act 1. It would have been a (open-ended) tragedy and made me feel like shit but it would have been realistic for a story that had been quite realistic up to that point. (Up to that point) Unlike a majority of BL, the story was presented in a way that did not romanticize the relationship between the teacher and the student, nor did it present the rape in an alluring way. Throughout the story, there are hints that the teacher is unhinged and that his motives aren't so pure. He gets a bit of background where it seems his controlling mother contributed a lot towards his sexual repression. However, let me remind you that having a fucked up past is an explanation, not an excuse for why people do bad things. He knew exactly what he was doing and the rape was premeditated. Predators know who to target. They go for kids who are exactly like Mirai, who have no responsible adult or even any support in their lives; and who are very vulnerable and susceptible towards any amount of kindness that comes their way. Act 2 was unrealistic but satisfying if you're like me who is tired of reading so much romanticised rape and predatory relationships in BL. Mirai does not forgive him for the rape as he takes his revenge on the teacher by sexually torturing him. I think I would have at least had a positive view of this story if the story had ended at Act 2. But then Act 3 comes and ruins all the good stuff the story had at the beginning by having the characters run away together to live in cohabitional bliss (even though the teacher just caught Mirai in a vulnerable, unguarded moment imo). There was no attempt to redeem the teacher. No, I don't count Mirai's torture to be redemption. True redemption should be something the perpetrator decides he wants to do, not something that he is coerced or forced to do. And there was no rehabilitation for ANY of Mirai's trauma. A predator who presents himself as selfless and only looking out for the kids in his care ends up raping a very vulnerable kid who has been abused and abandoned by his parents. Up to this point, throughout the story there are hints that the teacher is unhinged and that his motives aren't so pure. A presented a story in a way that did not run romanticize the relationship between the teacher and the student, nor did it present the rape in an alluring way like a lot of BL tends to do.

Ch97 I hate the bounty back and forth between the main and sub couples. Probably didn't help that I have no shits about the sub couple lol. Author was great at drawing super intense and sexy smut but storyline needed more work. Also the DID thing was so inaccurate. I think their concept would have worked better as a supernatural phenomenon. It had the same believability lol.
