ch5.5 Seme (kohai) had a crush on uke (senpai) in high school. They meet again in college but uke had an accident after graduation that made him forget all of high school. He writes down all he can remember of HS which is like 2 sentences :( Seme hangs out with and tries to help him remember. He's intensely jealous of another student who seems close with uke. Seems like seme is also hiding something else from uke????

Ch7 Innocent, defenseless smoll country boy x Wary, hot toll city boy There's so much good about the story. I love the characters, even the side characters too. I love the character designs. I love the hints about the backgrounds of both of these characters and why they are the way they are. Taishin is super adorable. But he really needs a caretaker cuz he's way too naive. Takara (I love his name BTW) is your usual hot, cool but cold senpai but he's not needlessly cruel like most characters of this type. I love both of their friend groups from the little interactions we saw. They're so supportive. I also like that they're mixed gendered. Feels very college appropriate. But this is a story that really needs a 20+ episode seasons (for at least three seasons). It seems like the story wants to be told in a more slice of Life way and it's just not showcase well in a short Japanese style manga. Like you don't really get a great impact from the stalker storyline, or the sick bae storyline, or the he may be cheating but it's actually his family member storyline. Also the way they hook up is very unbelievable. These things could be done much better if the artist were working in a longer format. Makes me sad because I think there's so much potential here for a five star story with the great characters and interesting backgrounds. Gonna give it 3 stars cuz the time between updates was way too long I completely forgot the only and the last chapter didn't intrigue me enough to reread it lol

I actually did like a conflict over Yuto seeing/sleeping with other guys after Hagiwara told him to. I think their decisions were realistic for that point in their relationship. Hagiwara was all up in his head not wanting to be in a relationship and was so sure that what he had with Yuto was temporary anyways. And Yuto was trying so hard but getting pushed away plus this is the first guy he slept with period so he was probably trying to see if what he's feeling was unique to Hagiwara or to just being out and dating in general. I like how Hagiwara acknowledge that he had no right to be upset since it was his command in the first place but he still felt upset. It's realistic in that youreap what you sow. My only gripe is how Yuto addressed it. I get what he's saying but he could have put it in a better way. (Also, maybe he should have brought it up before running into one of his one-night stands LOL.)

Ch5.5 The at is nice but the subpar (Google?) Translations made me just skim through the story lol.

Ch4 Art is so pretty and uke's character design is adorable but uh oh drama llama coming Ch4 uke gets gang raped as punishment from his sugar daddy for getting caught sleeping with ML

4 stars *TRIGGER WARNING* Uke gets sexually assaulted in chapter 3 (not by seme thank God). Two guys named Izumi. One's a pushover who does everyone's bidding. The other is a riché loner who gets pissed off when he's mistaken for the pushover Izumi. The premise of the story is an interesting way to quickly push two characters together and it's not something I've seen before in comics. I like the art and the story and the pacing. I like that the characters exhibit a lot of growth by the end of the story. I also really appreciate that by the end of the story, while pushover izumi is trying his best to move on with his life, he is still affected by the sexual assaults. It takes time to heal from traumatic events and unfortunately it is a too common in romance comics, especially BL, for the characters to jump into sex the literal minute right after being sexually assaulted as if rape was just a minor inconvenience to them. And I like that loner izumi calls him out for trying to move too fast since a lot of the times in this genre, the victim may display some after effects of sexual assault but then their partner just selfishly bulldozes past all their PTSD so the partner can get a nut in.

Ch17 Idk, singing about the pacing is off? It feels like nothing is happening but things actually do happen and the plot progresses but idk it feels the opposite lol. I guess I'm just bored by it?

Ch10 Bro needs to sell courses on how he went from "I fell in love at first sight with a hot older prof" to "He's porking me with his big phat dick" within 2 chapters.

Ch8 - 4.5 stars. It's pretty good for a short story. Art is nice (great anatomy) and there's a storyline there. What prevents it from getting 5 stars is that the story is pretty simple and I don't like the uke being a damsel in distress (even if it was pretty brief but since it was brief, I feel like he should have been able to handle it himself lol). I wish the story had been a little bit more poignant or unique. That would have garnered it a five-star.

Dum dums who jump to conclusions while trying to figure out if the other guy likes them or not (he does). Has cute moments that distracted me from the pea sized brain power of the leads.
