Ch1 - closeted gay, 45 yo, virgin Koga met Rei (age unknown, Koga's too scared to ask lol; probably in his 20s) on a gay dating site, thinking it was for finding friends lol. Rei takes them to a love hotel for their first date but eventually finds out that Koga sincerely wanted to be friends lol. They still end up fucking cuz Rei finds Koga unbearably cute. Ch2 - continues from ch1 story. Koga and Rei are still meeting. They just fuck in Koga's apartment in this oneshot lol. Koga worries about his lack of experience & whether Rei is has seen/seeing other people on the site. Rei wonders how Koga learned all these techniques & if it's cuz he's seen other people from the site lol. Turns out Koga bought sex advice books lol. Ch7 - Thomas, tattooist meets the young swimmer, Abiel, he idolized 31 years ago who is now a regular middle aged offie worker & randomly decided to get a tattoo at his (tatooist) shop. Abiel is jaded cuz when he competed in high school, he was also fucking his coach (probably groomed) and they were dropped after it was exposed. Despite all this, Thomas still greatly admires him.

Total 2.9 stars <> 4 stars - Seme loves uke's butt which makes uke insecure that that's all seme likes about him. They fight about it (justified cuz seme was dumb AF for admitting he approached uke cuz of da butt, wants uke to eat more so as to not lose da butt & can't stop praising da butt; uke's concern "so that means you'll leave me if you meet someone with a prettier butt??" is valid) but they both regret the fight and seme sincerely apologizes. Uke buys cute panties to make up for it. They fcuck & the end. - it was cute for what it is <> 2 stars - Rising star uke needs to hide out from paparrazzi at the home of his childhood friend/I think he's high up in the entertainment behind-the-scenes scene businessman?? lol. While there, seme helps him rehearse lines from a confession scene and oh wow, seme seems really natural at it. Uke figures out that shy (but big and buffff) seme might have a crush on him after all & tricks him into kissing then having sex (whooosh). Uke is then mad cuz seme acts like nothing happened (though he blushes when grilled). Seme does stupid possessive seme tings like cancelling the rest of uke's filminf schedule so they can go out ot eat & suggesting tha the become uke's sponser so he can change a lot of things he doesn't like about uke's career like limiting hte # of bed scenes ughhhh. Uke is upset (though not as upset as me lol) and ties & blindfolds seme up while seme before he wakes up. Uke gets seme to confess while fucking him. I can't remember much from the end lol Oh yeah seme's secret fetish is doing it in front of the mirror. The storry ends there when uke fulfills this fetish lol. - I like the character designs but the drawings get messy, especially during the sex scenes. But seme tings are annoying. <> 1.5 stars (.5 stars for the couple of funny lines) - Seme's bf won't let him put his dick in. Seems like uke loves seme's fingers more than seme himself. Seme says they'll break up if they continue this way & uke asks seme to give him a mold of his fingers when that happens. TBH that's fucking cold - he really only likes you for your fingers lol And while I do not like the scene of seme getting pissed off and basically forcing uke to have sex in a way that uke doesn't want to (both of them are in the wrong: seme for forcing uke & uke for refusing to even compromise w/ seme, using seme to get off without returnign the favor) there were some funny lines: "Hello~ I'm your boyfriend's dick~ (fake voice)" "I only want to put pretty things inside my butt!" Uke eventuallty feels good with dick penetration but girlll............Afterwards (even though uke is understandibly upset and crying) they compromise by seme inserting his fingers in with his dick (Seme: "What if Hyunsung's hole is never satisfied?" LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOO) They fuck again and seme managaes to shove 3 fingers in there with hsi buge ding dong lawdy! And this line "If I knew it was this good, I would have forced it in before." - my rating keeps lowering and lowering lol. At the end uke takes seme to an adult toyshop to make a dildo out of a mold of his hands to seme's chagrin. - art is mediocre-high amateurish. Me @ this couple: JUST BREAK UP ALREADY!!!!!!!!!! <> 4 stars - Rich aristocratic childhood friends with mutual secret crushes on each other. Seme treats uke coldy. Uke finds the maid uniform he used to wear to tease seme whenthey were kids & wears it again to try to cheer seme up. Seme turns into beast seme & sexy frottage times occur. Turns out seme is cold cuz, when they were kids and uke wore the maid uniform, seme fell in love iwth him and vowed to marry him. When he tried to propose, he ran into uke & a glass vase felel which cut uke's hand. They make up, confess & do the horiozontal tango. And lived happily, ever after. At teh end seme wears half the maid uniform & is tied up with uke on top lol. - this artist (Sura's Lover, etc; while the storylines and semes [ESPECIALLY] are problematic) the art is soooo pretty and I love their use of virbant colors in all of their stories. The redrawn dicks were well done and fit the artist's color scheme *2 thuimbs up* <> 3 stars - Pirate arch rivals since childhood. Seme has different color eyes which uke thinks is weird. While about to shoot each other to bits on the high seas, they both get swallowed up by the same whale (?) lol. They bicker and blame each other then try to figure a way out. uke begins stripping cuz they're wet. Seme reveals that the "creature" hates seme (i have no idea where he's going with this - i mean, I guess I do but come on bruhhh lol). Uke calls seme a dog in heat lol. Seme kisses uke & uke realizes seme's eye patch has fallen somewhere so he can see his weird eyes. They fuck. Seme asks if uke actually likes his eyes. Uke resists then kisses seme's eye lol. They come and I guess the whale spat them out lolololol. Uke runs away before seme wakes up. It ends with seme hinting that they'll keep chasing and fighting with each other in the future. - Art is ok. Story is PWP lol. <> 4 stars - I think this is all the stories (according to the Ch0 preview???/ But it's not tagged as COMPLETE so idk.

Ch2 Ch1: Himbo was today years old when he found out that friends don't fuck each other. He couldn't get hard with his girlfriend so he broke up with her. And then he realized he might be gay since he can only get hard with his friend who he's been sleeping with since forever. Ch2: Kinda confused about what happened. So two guys are reunited after years apart. Uke started avoiding seme after he brushed his hard on on seme's butt during a sleepover then jerked off. Seme discovered his gay but he couldn't get in touch with uke who kept avoiding him. He eventually ends up bottoming in gay porn & uses uke's name as his stage name. They sleep together when they meet up finally & seme confronts uke about that night. I don't know why it ended like that lol.

Ch6 Rape warning :|

Weird oneshots Ch1: uke's mom used to torture him by physically forcing him to hold his pee which caused him to not be able to pee by himself as an adult. Seme derives pleasure from uke's dependency on him & his humiliation when he pressures uke to pee in public wtf lol. Ch2: seme is obsessed with uke's pubic hair to the point where he'll touch it in public so uke shaves it off. Seme has a crying melt down and wants to break up. After makeup sex, uke wakes up to see that seme drew pubic hair and a bow on him lol Ch3: No idea wtf happened cuz of the mind numbing "translation". Ch4: also don't know what happened cuz half the panels were blurry lol

Ch6 Story 1: 4 stars. Cute and wholesome with bigger uke cuz his virgin bf is inexperienced awwwwwe. But too short. Story 2: 4 stars. It's so cute. You never see guys with older kids in BL. Unfortunately those dad-con kids get end up walking in on their two dads fucking XDDDDD. And then the son had an existential crisis over his dad bottoming TT__TT Dads need to stop fucking in public, shared spaces. How many times are y'all gonna traumatize your kids? XD

~~~ SPOILERS & LONG ASS WORD VOMIT CUZ YA GURL HAD THE TIME TODAY ~~~ I believe "loss time" comes from the term used in sports like soccer where certain events are not counted towards the official time of the match, for example, when a player is injured and needs to be treated (https://dictionary.goo.ne.jp/word/%E3%83%AD%E3%82%B9%E3%82%BF%E3%82%A4%E3%83%A0/). The first chapter is even about a kid recovering in the hospital from a soccer injury (even though the first chapter has a different title, funnily enough). And the three stories (so far) from the anthology revolve around the idea of the characters living in a suspended amount of time that is separate from their actual lives. The concept gives the whole anthology a sad melancholy even though some of the stories may not be tragedies. The concept hit me really hard even though I don't personally relate to the stories (since I'm a straight girl lol). I think we all have experiences that we look back and feel it was a bit detached from our usual lives like the time were in school or the time we spent a short amount of time in a certain place. CH1 "The Bijinsou* Next Door": 4.5 stars - - > A boy in the hospital with a broken leg and finger becomes friends with his neighbor, a very pretty boy who's in the hospital for unknown reasons. Very sweet. No one dies THANK GOD! *This is another name for poppy (love the poppy imagery all over this story btw). It literally translates to "beautiful, person, grass" and it's not a coincidence the creator went with this name instead of the more common name ( (ひなげし, hinageshi) since that last character "grass" is significant. At one point in the story, pretty boi brings soccer boi a poppy from the hospital garden and tells him how the poppy is not native to the area but grows so well that it's considered a weed. As much as this story is about pretty boy igniting a gaywakening in soccer boy, it's a story about resilience. What I like about great short stories like this is that there's enough information available that readers can fill in the gaps themselves. You get hints about the boys' backgrounds that led to them being hospitalized but the focus is very much on their interactions and how they comfort and encourage each other. It makes me feel confident that they will continue to "grow" no matter what life throws at them after they leave the hospital. An interesting thing I noticed that was while the "delicate but strong" pretty boy attributes to the poppy is an obvious characterization of himself, I think the flipped version of that phrase is true of MC, who is more broken up about his injury (and his pride that led up to it) than he shows. CH2 "The Loss Time in August": 3.5 stars - - > Shouma accidentally confesses after 4 years of crushing on his BFF. Ren suggests they temporarily date. So they head to Ren's grandma's country home for summer vacation and live vicariously as a couple. Except Shouma keeps a distance (not wanting to go all the way, not wanting to kiss) since the idea that they'll separate is always on his mind. Ren is a little more carefree but it's partly a mask, as his family expects him to "fall in line" and date/get married to a girl they have selected after he graduates college. Some angsty shenanigans later and Ren stops being a mysterious ML and finally fesses up and they ~seem~ to ride the train back to Tokyo ~hopefully~ to live their best gay couple life. I didn't find this story THAT interesting since the "trial dating with my crush" trope is so common in romance. But I did like that they did the trial dating away from their usual lives in Tokyo. Shouma's reluctance to give in fully makes more sense in this context. It's a bit surreal to live out a mini honeymoon in a foreign place. It feels like pretend cuz it is. I get why he was freaked out when Ren made casual remarks like it feels like they're married or whatever. Ren, on the other hand, was definitely using this time to pretend that he had no obligations to return to. CH3 "Overflowing Fallen Leaves": 3.5 stars - - > Historians: They were best friends. Kiyou visit's his BFF's grave & meets a kid who resembles the dead BFF. Turns out, it's the dead BFF's nephew who reels him in on an adventure to fulfill dead BFF's list of things he wanted to experience with Kiyou. BUT, everything ain't what it seems at first. Kiyou & dead BFF were actually lovers. Dead BFF left him & returned to the countryside without explanation. He actually returned as it seemed his health was deteriorating & he probably knew he was gonna die. (Kinda shitty of him to rip himself out of his lover's life like that tbh). He actually didn't leave a list, he was too cowardly to do even that but he did tell his nephew. The nephew's motives aren't that pure either as he had (somehow?) fallen in love with the Kiyou he heard about from his uncle and seems to want to hook up with Kiyou under the premise of being his uncle's replacement. This would have been a 4 star if they hadn't made out. The kid took advantage of Kiyou's pain & Kiyou should have had better control cuz Shion is a kid AND his lover's nephew. It ends when Kiyou finds that dead BFF actually did leave something at the end of the blank notebook: a bad drawing of Kiyou that makes him cry "...enough for the five years that I didn't." TT__TT Kiyou feels like time has stopped for him since his lover left but luckily the story ends with Kiyou leaving with the resolve to live again and Shion inviting him to visit again but with the intention to do things that he and Kiyou would like to do. I cried a lot. This story reminded me of what a psychologist said: there are a million little things that make a person who they are and it's these million little things you miss when they're gone. Like, a mundane voicemail from your mom reminding you to take the chicken out of the freezer means nothing right now but it will mean everything to you when she passes. Mundane moments become precious when the person is no longer there to make anymore mundane moments. So the silly drawing isn't that great nor is it significant but it's a silly detail about dead BFF that shows that he existed and that he was thinking of Kiyou in his last moments TT__TT CH4 "Buds On A Dead Tree": CH5 "When Winter Comes":

Title literal meaning: "Vacation at the End Of the Wilderness" CH1 "Our Ever After": 3 stars A beautiful long black haired man is sitting at his lover's death bed. The lover promises to love him forever. "This curse is to keep you here." Next, the beautiful man, Magnolia tells a story to a blond child. The story is about a fiend, a protector of a dark forest encountered a human baby who grew so attached to him that the fiend coudn't eat the baby like he originally planned to. The baby grew up and fell in love with the fiend. Magnolia ends the story and makes the child go to bed. The child is awakened later with sleep paralysis. He sees a man having sex with Magnolia next to him & wonders who the man is. He awakens and Magnolia is KOed but fully clothed. He realizes it was a dream but remembering the dream gives him his first boner lol. Magnolia wakes up and sees. He's about to give the kid a BJ (seriously WTF) until he realizes, oh yeah, it's a fucking kid (double WTF). The kid is understandably upset and goes outside. Magnolia talks to him through the window, warning him to stay away from the forest. He mentions that a defense squad has been assembled to take care of the children eating fiend, that the kid should probably head to the village for safety. The kid is suspicious since how can Magnolia know that since he never leaves. Magnolia replies that the big tree told him (even more sus). The kid notes that it seems Magnolia often gazes into the forest, as if waiting for someone. We see the kid mirroring the kid in the story who falls in love with the fiend as he grows up. As an adult, Emille continues to have sleep paralysis nightmares about another man fucking Magnolia. His biggest gripe is that he wants Magnolia to look at him instead. He wakes up from another nightmare and confronts Magnolia, confessing his love and anguish. Magnolia welcomes him. They fuck and Emille cries that Magnolia is (finally) looking at him. When Emil wakes up the next day, he sees Magnolia walking into the black forest. He follows him and finds Magnolia in an area that has a whole bunch of coffins all around. Magnolia reaches into one and takes out what looks like human bones. Emil realizes that Magnolia is the fiend in the story and runs away. Magnolia looks sad and then remembers when he first encountered Emille as a baby - but it's not this Emille it's the original one. Emil runs into the village and meets a woman who he realizes is his birth mother. He remembers that when he was a child, he heard a voice calling him and he follow that voice which led him to Magnolia, who said welcome back. Emil finally remembers that he is the human in the story who cursed himself to reincarnate so that he would always, eventually, come back to Magnolia whom he loved so much. And he cries over the fact that Magnolia has continued to love him and all the reincarnation of him so much. He runs back into the forest but his birth mother stops him saying that the fiend events defense quad has burned down the forest. He remembers Magnolias comments from before and continues to run back. In the forest, their house is been burned. Magnolia feels his power is fading. He remembers baby Emille and closes his eyes, ready to die. Emille comes back. Magnolia tells him that the forest is burning and with it, his powers will be gone meaning that the curse is broken and Emille is free to leave. Emil refuses, saying that they share the same life until they will live together and die together he wants to see Magnolia grow old and die that's why he came back so many times. I guess without Magnolia's powers, they are essentially the same. The story continues that the man and the fiend disappeared and no one knows where they went. The end. An interesting story tale. But that part where he was about to give the child a few Jay was really fucked up even though I don't think he went all the way - He did realize that this was just the child version of his lover. It's sad but I do like that it played out in a very fairytale-like way. CH2 "The Frog Prince": 3 stars Pretty boy with pretty people problems (not being facetious, they're real problems; from adult strangers perving over a child him, to people chasing him for his face only to grow tired of him being prettier lol to people not taking him seriously). The attention he gets for his face gives him anxiety so bad that he barfs whenever someone confesses to him. He ends up becoming friends with his outcast deskmate who's obsessed with bugs & dinosaurs and doesn't find his face as pretty as the bugs/dinosaurs he loves lol. One day, buy boy confesses, "Lately...you've been looing as beautiful as the wings of that actias aliena." (FUCK ME IF THAT AIN'T SOME ROMANTIC-ASS SHIT RIGHT THERE!) and pretty boy gets nauseous and runs away. He reveals that things were so bad at one point that he tried to cut his face with a razor. His mother stopped him, got cut but only expressed her relief that "You didn't ruin your face." (da fuck, now that's how you give your kid a complex ughhhh). Pretty boy's anxiety probably snowballed from there and more than his face, he hates everything about himself. Bug boy chases him down and tells him to go ahead and puke since he doesn't care if pretty boy is pretty or beastly like the Beauty and the Beast he's obssed with. He just likes him. He kisses pretty boy and stuns him to silence. It's a bit of an awakening for pretty boy who's stunned and cries in relief as his nausea had vanished. I love the part where bug boy lists all the creatures that he thinks are prettier than pretty boy and then pretty boy actually goes to see those creatures in the science museum where he works. 3 stars cuz it's not as fully fleshed out as the other stories and idk, maybe I'm just an insensitive ugly ho but pretty boy's problems were so first world issues so I didn't feel much for him? lol. I feel like a more expanded ending would have raised the score. Bug boy's confession and kiss did seem to come out of nowhere and I don't think it would resolve pretty boy's psychological hang-ups so succinctly like it does in the story. CH3 "The World's End": 4.5 stars Astronaut researching terraforming on the moon secretly has the ship AI turn into the man he loves, Rukiya, a scientist who is his contact/communications officer with Earth. On the day he's supposed to return to earth, he finds out that Rukiya had kept secret the fact that Earth was destroyed long ago and deliberately kept him in the dark. Rukiya built an AI that was modeled after himself to take care of astronaut. I like the conversations they had about his return to earth. Astronaut is basically saying "I can't wait to spend time with you" without explicitly stating it while Rukiya is knowingly/unknowingly does not get the message. I like the philosophy the story touched on. Astronaut is devastated. "You don't...exist anymore..." he cries, to which Rukiya asks, "Is my soul not enough for you?" Astronaut remembers all the (non-sexual) good times he enjoyed with Rukiya and thinks to himself, "Of course it is." If our loved ones lose an arm or a leg, they are not less of their being. If they lose their body and all they have left is a brain and consciousness, I also believe they are not any less of their entire being too. My only concern would be the AI Rukiya's capacity to grow (emotionally, intellectually) as people do but since it's fiction, I'm sure human Rukiya created amazing Ai that could do that. Only negatives was astronaut having sex with (what he believed to be) Rukiya's likeness without Rukiya's knowledge/consent but it was Rukiya all along so I guess consent was a non-issue and things turned out well in the end. CH3 "Credits Roll": 3.5 stars A prequel (?) to CH2 from Rukiya's POV. While eating out after a movie, astronaut reveals that he's been chosen to go to the moon. He was actually the second pick. The first pick's wife got pregnant/had a baby so astronaut was chosen since he had no other family. In his office, Rukiya regrets not proposing to astronaut. Next, he gives astronaut the AI cube and tells astronaut to consider the AI as him. Later, a coworker notes that he still hasn't updated astronaut about the situation yet. The coworker knows Rukiya's in love with astronaut. "My soul is no longer here." he tells the coworker, then thinks to himself, "After this planet burns out...I'll become faster...than light itself. I'll then be by your side." The chapter ends with astronaut, newly arrived on the moon, asking the AI to take a video of him on the moon's surface with the sun (?) behind him to send to Rukiya later. He asks if Rukiya can see everything around him. The AI responds, "I can." Astronaut laughs, "Not you, silly." He wasn't asking the AI, he was asking Rukiya through the video. The AI/Rukiya says to itself, "I can see them...Shin." The end and cue me crying TT__TT 3.5 stars cuz it's too short and only serves to make me cry lol. There's a short extra at the end where astronaut talks about how he's actually never seen Rukiya naked as they had only kissed before. TT__TT
