I think I kind get the gist of it... the pendant the FL gave to the ML belonged to her Mother, so when the Concubine the ML wearing tht she assumed tht "Her Highness" (FL's Mother) gave it to her and tht those two were having an affair which is favorable for her and used tht to kill her highness.
