With it's reputation of unfolding unexpected events, dark psycholgical moments and breath taking scenes it's no wonder it's at the top of the yaoi pyramid, It's by far one of the greatest masterpiece ever created.

When a story involves a patient and a doctor it's not hard to tell how the story goes and this manga is no different but the story, plot scenes and mind games shown all in due time keeps you wanting for more and I must say it never disappoints to deliver.
