ML wasn't all that bad; just kind of a dope. Ex-fiance should be gifted to a tribe of misandrist Amazons for use as a training aid, a.k.a. punching bag. Plot was OK, but I am tired of the conditional will trope which forces people into things they don't want to do. It doesn't really jibe with how kindly and understanding the deceased was portrayed as being.

Just what the world needs: another cock-sure pompous idiot who is absolutely certain that he knows better than everyone else what is good for them and what they really want. I wonder if it ever dawns on him that he was a crashing bore? Nah. That type will never even approach the examined life.

It was cute, but the ML needed to be smacked around for a while for his own good.

A set of total fantasy characters. We have Arabic royalty acting like half-witted poor white trash who have won the lottery. Their world view and characters could come from a combination of "Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo" and "General Hospital." I can only see this view of royalty if the author is only familiar with Prince Andrew or the royal family of Monaco.

Well... Homey there was certainly easy to manipulate. I only wish I had a deed to Brooklyn Bridge to sell him, or perhaps some alpine land in Florida for building ski resorts. I hope that he contacted his first two fiancees with a huge apology.

I liked the story, but the ML was a real pain in the neck. His "trauma" was so juvenile it boggled my little pea brain. The horror in her past made his "terrible experience" seem more like being snubbed by a girl at a 5th grade dance. If he hated his uncle for "abandoning" him back to his parents, why was he so butthurt and nasty over his "hated uncle's" will only leaving him half of a huge fortune. What a jerk!

This has one recurring trope that really annoys me. Why is it only the male partner who can confess his love? And why in the world do males run for their lives when a woman confesses to them? It seems like the woman has to wait patiently, never really showing her emotions, until the male is ready to confess. There's something basically wrong with this scenario.

I enjoyed it (I always love Marito Ai), but he sure had a strange character. Supposedly, he absolutely hated his stepmother, yet she was always around him and played him like Jascha Heifetz played a Stradivarius.

Poor girl definitely needs therapy. You don't get over being dominated by psychos for three years by getting pregnant and moving out. As to the ML... Well, you don't change from being a blackmailing pile of filth just by being chastised by your secretary. His character changed so much and so rapidly that I was beginning to think that he had Dissociative Identity Disorder.
