He was shocked to find that Haru actually liked him from the beginning in a romantic way.

The main struggle is the concern about how they will be when they go to university. Yuya was concerned of having a long distance relationship. In the end Keiji decides to take an exam in a university in Tokyo, the same one as Yuya's. Ending is ok but sort of like a cliffhanger
