Before time skip: So ML tries to make up for his past actions when he lost his memories even though he doesn't know why he behaved so horribly with Lilly (his friend told him that after he returned from the Everett's, he honestly looked like a man who just fell in love). I liked how Lilly couldn't forgive him and how uncomfortable she was with his kindness, because it was so realistic. - Then Theo's memories came back and he went back to being a jerk, but this time she properly told him off everytime he was rude. His friend (and his diary) told him how he was like before when he lost those memories, and he wondered if Lilly took advantage of it (I would murder this guy, i swear). - But then he slowly starts to realise that Lilly isn't the kind of person he thought she was, and we find out that the misunderstanding occurred because of his aunt who forged Lilly and Owen's letter exchange (predictably, Lilly blew up on his face- why couldn't he have just confronted her? Why couldn't he have just listened to her just once when she tried to tell him about her situation so many times?) Anyways, i don't remember if this happened before Lilly ran away or after, but she was kidnapped by a woman who is delusional and thinks she has a right to the dukedom and beside Theo (who was also manipulating Theo's aunt, fanning her hatred for Lilly) and thrown into an abyss from where no one has ever come back (it's a sort of portal to hell). - There she makes a contract with Somnia, spirit of dreams, and escapes, found by Theo and brought back. - Theo tries to atone by giving his vitality to Lilly (she took some drugs for her insomnia, and as its side effects she is slowly dying, not to mention is most probably infertile too). - Lilly rejects him though, and she is clear with him that she would only stay with him till they take their revenge and she has completely destroyed the Everetts, and she wants divorce if he truly wants her to be happy now. - They manage to kill Owen (who had already killed the previous duke, his father, by posioning him), and the younger brother gave his memories and life to Lilly so she could extend her life (she still didn't forgive him). - During their fight with Owen, Theo takes a fatal blow meant for Lilly and dies (his heart stopped) and Lilly realizes that she still loves him. She used a bracelet that Theo gave her earlier to revive him. - This was a bit cute tbh, when while recuperating he kept taking advantage of his injuries to keep Lilly close to him, which Lilly noticed but didn't comment on. Anyways, Lilly got a title of Viscount and an estate by the crown prince (now Emperor, having killed his father who has already become a lost case) for her contribution to the battle, and at the grave site of Theo's family, Lilly tells him that she still loves him, but the wounds he gave her won't disappear easily. - She tells him she can't forgive him even now, and being with him is still too painful. She tells him to wait for her wounds to heal if he really loves her, and though he cries and begs, he ultimately promises to wait for her heart to come back to him even if that takes his whole life. - Then there is a 5 years time skip where Lilly is now living as a viscount, loved by her servants and people (and Charlotte is with her every step of the way, of course), and her health has improved a lot. After time skip + Ending Lilly finds the lucky coin that the memory loss Theo showed her, the one that belonged to his older brother, Camille. That night in her dream ahe met Camille, but it seems that she met his younger, past self who is very much real. She decides to return the coin back to Theo next time they meet. - 2 days later, she sees Theo at the banquet, but he looks too depressed, and sick. She couldn't give it back to him since she kept getting interrupted. - There is a huge rift in her area, and it appears to be very serious. Theo and his knights arrive as reinforcement. Both of them defeat the high level monsters and closed the rift together but Theo is hurt again (even Lilly thinks this guy hurts his head too often, there has to be something wrong with it by now). - lilly brings him back to her estate to take care of him. Few days later they have a feast like dinner together where they finally talk, and i mean TALK talk. They share how they have been living past 5 years and Lilly promises to write to him from now on. In on of the letters she told him that the peridot necklace he gave her years ago is still with her, and once she is ready to accept his palce back in her life she will send it to him. - There is an elder in her region with whom Lily grew pretry close to. At her deathbed, the lady tells her how everyone dies, and she wishes that lilly won't be left with regrets when her time comes. At her funeral, the woman's son tells Lilly how his mother always felt that Lilly looked lonely despite being surrounded by so many people. That night, lilly sent the necklace back. 2 hours later Theo came to her (his poor horse). - She tells him how she still feels the same for him, that the only thing that changed in all these years is just time. She tells him there's a place beside her that nothing else is able to fill. She might be lonely now, but that doesn't mean that she is unhappy. She is confident that she can continue to live like this her whole life, because her loneliness doesn't really pricks her. But she also knows that if the place beside her is taken, she could become happier. She asks Theo to propose to her again, properly this time, so they both know that this time they both really want to be together, that their marriage is their own decision. Theo, obviously, cried. He proposes to her and promises to make her happier than she could hope to be. - Lilly tells Theo that she won't shift back to the duchy because she adores the viscounty. Her estate is where she truly felt happy and comfortable, so they agreed to visit each other whenever they want to meet - Theo comes everyday lol. He got a magic portal installed making it easier for the two to reach each other. - They get married, and they have a daughter, Lumie/Rumi, who shares a resmeblance with Lilly, with only an eye color matching Theo's (she has heterochromia - one eye is bright pink like Lilly's if I remember right, and the other eye is a darker blue shade, like Theo's).

( its called the world restrictions) Isn't it natural to think that if you possessed a new body, you have to act accordingly so that you suits that body. -The real Peony has kept looking back on the future, and it's so sad that the best answer she found ( to save the world) was to go to her mother and give her body to the female lead. She is not a sleepwalker, but has the ability to peek at the time. -Finally, our main character realised fl Peony is his dead wife Gabi at Episode 77 -The real Peony was acting like an idiot on purpose. With her ability of « predilection », she wouldn't have been able to survive in the imperial family that wasn't stable due to the dispute between the imperial power. Even if she survived, it would have been used because she didn't have power (standing in the imperial family). -Dante is the original male lead ( He apparently knows a lot about the regression and readers comments about how he is a joke as the original lead, how can he be a lover etc.. Idk more about that) -The best friend is the first to notice Peony is Gabi. -Johannes the ogfl brother knew all about Peony. (« Take a good rest with your mom... ») Apparently Johannes was a more mentally mind-taught child. (He is kinda liked by readers because he makes amends to Gabi after real Peony asked him thats why he went with her to North after marriage, its to protect Gabi. Johannes in the last greeting with Fiona tell her « I know you're not really my sister, so my sister told me to help you a lot. » ( Well some readers pity him and others resent him like in every novel everyone has his own opinion). He ignored fl when they were children. -The most suitable body to save the soul of the saint (Gabi) was Peony's body, It's so tragic except that real Peony was happy to go to the « flower garden where her mother is ». The og Peony knew her lifespan, and she saw through the future that her body will be used after that she was okay with it cause, it would be okay to reincarnate as the daughter of the 1st emperor and get revenge. - Dante (ogml) is beaten by the villains and Ingrid (fl from original novel) is a real saint who sacrifices herself to stay next to prevent irredeemable super-powerful villains from harming the world. (Idk more about that sadly.. maybe its in the original novel that Gabi has read before becoming Gabi..) -Not sure if Johannes will become emperor but he will try contrary to what he wanted before Peony gives up her body, maybe to help Gabi now as he promised. Ending MC had amnesia, she recovered from it and remembered everything about her husband Ernest ( black hair , blue eyes ), the meeting was well detailed by the author, you could clearly imagine their happiness and hopes they had, MC was even crying, and ML was also very touched. They also had a kid named Kenyan, but this was before she lost her memories. A few years passed and Kenyan resembled his father, dark hair and twice as tall as he should be for his age, he also has a couple relationship with a red haired girl called Mimosa (they are indeed prince and princess, it's their status, she was entrusted the role when she was 9),now she is 13 (Kenyan must be the same age or very close to). Idk who is Mimosa father, but he seems to have been one of the secondary characters of this novel, she is a genius magician just like her dad. (seems like she is the daughter of the Wang couple, so yeah, the Wang couple go to trips and leave Mimosa with Kenyan). Btw, Eqes was separated into his own kingdom for more than 10 years ago. Mimosa told Kenyan he is now her husband, she has a strong spirit, and Kenyan is just calm and has a caring personality,just like his father. People were worried, was Kenyan too weak for his future position as a king? Not at all, Kenyan was very different to people who weren't his wife, he was a black snake, the gentle and nice mask was only for his wife. Kenyan was waiting for MC and ML, who he didn't see in a year, he was very exited to see them and really loves them, they probably went with Mimosa family, so Kenyan and Mimosa were alone with the servants,butlers... 3 families finally got reunited under the sun ( my guess, - 1. MC,ML and Son - 2. Son and Mimosa - 3.Mimosa family
