Starting his law degree at University after moving on from an unrequited love, Kyouya (ex host from the Yakuza family series) meets the unsociable and cold Kiriya (Assistant Professor of Cultural Studies at Kyouya’s University). At first, these two clash but over the care of 2 abandoned kittens they spend time together and slowly start to appreciate the qualities each has. With his warmth and courage, Kyouya chips his place into Kiriya’s heart, demanding a place for himself and to be let into his past. I thought Kyouya was brave in his ability to be willing to show vulnerability and stubborn in insisting Kiriya knew that he would always be at his side. Many sweet moments of connection between the two and their character growth was really a core component of the manga. Highly recommended.

Trigger warning: Rape Son of a Yakuza boss and high school student, Jinguuji has been missing classes. So Yuuki, the assistant teacher in charge is tasked to visit him at home and get him to attend. But Yuuki has the misfortune to intrude upon Jinguuji while he is being serviced by a girl. His interruption turns Jinguuji’s rather predatory attention on Yuuki who is unable to evade his student. The rest of the story follows this violent start to their relationship but there is some redemption in Jinguuji being at the mercy of his beast in heat. There is definitely an intense connection between the MCs. A recommended read.

He feels guilty about wanting to touch himself while thinking of Koki... so guilty in fact, that he can't seem to like it anymore!! Right when he's trying to no avail, his high school teacher, the poker-faced Mr. Tojima finds him in a dark alley... and helps him finally release. Akira can't seem to forget the look on Mr. Tojima's face as he helped Akira and decides he'd rather live with Mr. Tojima than with his mom and Koki... Beautiful art and a really good story. I found Akira and Mr Tojima to be quite a sexy pair and they were also cute with a softer side once they got to know each other.

The tall first year student bumped into Yuzuru in the corridors of school one day and soon after proposed a shocking idea to his senpai, “Want to be my sex-friend?” Shocked, Yuzuru is initially against the idea, but Kyoya bullies him into changing his mind. Through their time together, Yuzuru observes occasional glimpses of Kyoya’s sad facial expressions and realises that there is more to his partner than his selfish yet beautiful veneer. I enjoyed their love story. The possessive and surprisingly vulnerable, Kyoya and the increasingly confident hidden beauty, Yuzuru.

Dumped by his boyfriend, Akio is hurt by his ex’s parting words, ‘If you only were a woman, it would be a lot better.’ He runs into his friend Yuusuke in a bar, also an uke and who also was left by his partner. They’re good friends, but is there a possibility for something more? Could it be that one of them has an interior seme? The story was pretty hot with really great artwork (and uncensored). It was a fast paced oneshot and with the existing friendship it wasn’t pure smut for smuts sake, but the romantic side of things (feelings that is) didnt have time to really take off. The potential was there, it would be nice to read more.

Yuuma (26yo)is an easy going guy who works at an amusement park known as "Dream Park". His home is in the staff dorms and when his new roommate, the gentle Shikiori Kazuha (26yo) moves in his normal, peace filled days are about to become a lot more crazy. Especially when he meets Shikiori Rei (26yo), his arrogant and possessive new roommate. I loved this story. The art, the wonderful characters, working with such a challenging topic within the confines and restraints of a BL manga. A standout story that ticks all my boxes.

Akira was in love with his best friend, Masato. Unable to take the step to confess, Akira decides to kiss Masato while he’s asleep. Just one kiss, nobody will know. However, Masato doesn’t seem to realize what’s happening, so Akira’s feelings keep building up until it’s more than just kisses that he releases upon his somnolent friend. I wouldn’t classify this as a romance. It’s smut aimed at those who enjoy somnophilia, with just enough willingness and affection between the MCs to make it seem almost mutually wanted.

Akizuki-sensei has a temporary position as a University professor and juggles that with writing his thesis. Being so busy he sometimes appears a little clueless and vulnerable and for some reason, strange men try to accost him on the train. This most recent time that it happens, sensei is rescued by the beautiful pale haired, blue eyed Kitamura. As if he wasn’t flustered enough, Kitamura is one of his students and he seems to have taken a protective interest in his cute professor. This was a great story for the intensity and chemistry between Akizuki-sensei and Kitamura. I also loved the resolve and will that Akizuki had; at first he seemed to be the clueless damsel in distress type, but he was surprisingly strong willed and genuine. Lovely sexy scenes with beautiful art, this was a winner for me.

Gap seme and adorably innocent uke, I totally loved this pair. When Yuu’s home burns down he is invited to stay with a friend. However he didn’t realise that the home was owned by his friends older brother, a marketing guru who worked at his university and that he would be getting very close to Masaki in his newly offered job. Beautiful art and a sweet, loving couple. Sexy tension, hot guys in suits and stripped down, this story was too good to be finished.
