Art is super pretty and clean for a webtoon, with special attention to coloring and shading. The style does suffer some changes over the two years or more during which it was serialized on Lezhin and it's visible especially in the way eyes were drawn (Kang Jun's striking phoenix eyes from the first panels are gone by the end, o, sadness). The story is entertaining and addictive, even if the 'villain' is dramatic and loves to anime laugh through his monologues. It deals with childhood trauma and how it changes your view on the world but also how skewed and narrow it becomes, and Jun overcomes his many misfortunes (abused by his divorced mother, cheated on by her husband, who in the end gives up and jumps from a window) and finds his light in his friend - I'm of course wary of narrow focuses of this kind, redemption found in the one, soulmate bonded for life and all that crap, but I couldn't in good conscience deny him his HE. Go Siwon goes through his own issues homophobia related, finding and accepting his identity - though he's less concerned with labeling himself as gay and more a Jun-lover :). Villain gets redemption as well, although his many dark deeds are purely egotistical and downright cruel.
