Very soft, though the quality of the scans is atrocious. I love a feminine, long-haired seme. Edit: crosstheoceans is doing this, ch. 2 released on 24/06/2021, will reread in good quality when it's done.

This is the third story in the series and they are all so cute <333. Ogawa Chise has such great range and this is one of her fluffier pieces, though she can go so dark (on this note, I've been waiting for Caste Heaven to come to an end before picking it up, I'm pretty sure that will be gritty and quite brutal, but it's always a good story from this mangaka).

OMG this was the cutest thing and Kazuhito, the seme, is the kindest, most considerate and most restrained young man in existence (there wasn't a single rape-y scene, no unwanted kiss or touch, because Kazuhito is respecting his baby and he isn't forcing himself on him, and they don't actually go all the way). It's guy noticing the other guy's feelings and having them confirmed, with the obligatory 'I will seriously consider them' trope and then everything having a slow and carefully respectful pace, guy falling in love gently and the other guy apologizing for putting pressure and it's so aaargh). This is adorable and very wholesome <3

I'm a little thrown off by the messy art, though the story is so sweet and hot. There are more couples (a few chapters are about the couple from Shinkonsan!) and the chapters are short, and I just couldn't concentrate on this, even though I've been waiting for it to reach its end so that I could jump on this series. I'm so bummed.

I cried reading this because it's 99% depressing and, though it has a HE it's just a small drop in an ocean of destructive helplessness. Yukiya is a gay man in love with his friend Haruto, who is clinically depressed and when he gets a girl pregnant comes up with the terrible plan of marrying her off to Yukiya, in hopes of securing a happy future for his son, Yuuto (as he suspects he would be an awful father). He commits suicide later on, immediately after a first failed attempt and after Yukiya asks him to live because he loves him - which leaves Yukiya a broken man, filled with guilt and self-loathing, and he divorces his wife and stays a single father at home. Takanashi is living with them (a boarding house) and has been in love with Yukiya for years, while Yukiya has used him for sex and comfort selfishly after noticing his feelings. Yukiya also considers himself dirty slut who will sleep with anyone, and he is jumping into older men's beds while keeping his sexuality a secret from Yuuto (who is 14 and has a first crush on Takanashi). It's a really complex story and KK always seems to succeed at conveying deep and complicated feelings through rather simple art (though I do love her distinct and expressive faces). Yukiya is self-destructive and sad and lonely and afraid to love and the only way he can express his feelings is through sex and being held. He is a gentle and kind man and his son is everything to him, though he is terrible at cooking for him or scolding him when he is being rebellious. But he has also a dark, selfish side, pushing Takanashi away in hopes of proving himself right about being unlovable, and for a moment I thought he would go Haruto's way and try and disappear.
