Boku Wa Kimi Dake No Mono
This is a sequel to Oreshika Shiranai Karada and I was over the moon when I saw it was scanlated, I had known of its existence for a few months (on this note, it would be so fab if this site offered a way to subscribe to or track a mangaka's works so that I could actually get wind of new stuff in this lifetime). This has incredible character growth and a relationship so sweet and tender, while Yuuma still struggles with believing he got the hot guy and he is treasured. One important note is that there is a side of Ryouhei that is thankfully somehow not prominent enough to turn me off which is his fame as a band singer (they are now university students). Yuuma had the potential to bore me to death with his insecurities and quiet nature (they both seem to have private conversations with themselves and conclusions they arrive at on their own instead of talking it out), but he takes charge of things from time to time and is so adorably in love with Ryouhei that I had to forgive him and love him, too. Ryouhei is the real MVP though, he is moving from the sleazy playboy persona and becoming someone who wholly belongs to one person and he is so committed to treasuring Yuuma, he is so tender to him, teases him during sex but touches him with so much care and love. They move in together and consider marriage and I hope we see more of them, cause they are such a sweet couple.
Kawa ni Sazanami
Very sweet and fluffy as a cloud, episodic chapters. It recently got a tankoubon in Japan so there's a lot of extra pages that will get scanlated as well. Love this mangaka's depiction of love, it's very sweet and uplifting and drama-free.
