I struggle with this type of anxiety as well, it’s nice to see people actually make stories surrounding it. Mine is very similar but it’s to the point I don’t leave the house, so I don’t have to deal with it. Which isn’t healthy…. Anyway I know I’m gonna love this, Niyama is one of my favorite authors, I follow their Twitter. They post a lot of pictures of their cats, it’s adorable!
