It's an interesting story but I feel like the motive of the main character is weak and she's just being stubborn. Surely there is an easier way to find out this information that she needs but she won't talk to anyone or seek help. This whole plot would be simpler if she wasn't so stubborn. This is just using her miscommunication to make the plot drag out longer than enjoyable. It's not bad... but I tire of it easily.
