When drunk uke let’s it slip that he no longer sings because he can’t get over a 5 year unrequited love, seme jealously asks it he knows who it is and... if it’s a guy. Seme desperately pleads that if uke is looking for random men to forget about his unrequited love then he wants to be that man. Hot. Anyway, soon after they get hot and heavy and before long seme fingers uke and puts it in. Seme was quite forceful when uke was hesitating so kinda rape. Then regret because both men’s obvious mutual feelings were not communicated. Turns out seme was pestering high school classmates he wasn’t even that close to to locate and get news from uke who just disappeared after graduation. Seme also joined the modeling agency in hopes of running into uke and his band but uke had disbanded by then and seme wouldn’t have known. Uke for the second time in their history doesn’t return seme’s millions of calls and texts and tries to disappear from his life thinking seme was doing it out of pity and probably wants to forget. They again meet by chance when their mutual companies have to work together (seme has to model and shoot a music video for a band and uke works I guess at a record company?? Something to do with the arts or creative... No idea...). Seme again in desperation holds uke right when all leave saying how happy he is to see him again and says he was so worried when uke wouldn’t return his calls or texts. Seme asks uke to go out with him saying he doesn’t care even if it’s to get over his other love. They agree to talk at seme’s place and FINALLY instead of angsting by himself he confesses and seme is overjoyed and wants to date and when uke objects seme says he doesn’t date people he doesn’t love. Happy ending. Seme was also in love with uke but it started with sexual attraction and awareness and couldn’t get the image of uke in a school girl’s uniform out of his mind and dreams even today. Seme realised later he was in love when from the beginning he was obsessed with uke.

Completed (c45.5). This was so damn good. Too many rhinos stomping let alone butterflies fluttering ughh. Though I love the seme that uke ends up with, I would have loved a version with that violent seme who is so desperately in love with uke to “get the girl”. Ki Kyujin x Cha Chiwoo. Though it is a little irritating how Uke acts like a total pushover towards Seme, he at least curses him in his mind which is better than those other uke’s are keep giving jerk seme a free pass because they love them which irritates me to no end. That being said, my irritation is placated somewhat by the fact that seme clearly has it as bad for uke and been longing and pining for him just as much as uke has if the flushed yearning and longing loving expressions are anything to go by. Sensei’s art is absolutely beautiful though. She makes very lovely expressions on both uke and seme. Seme’s yearning deep in love expressions when uke is not looking are squeetastic. Okay, I maybe can understand why this work is not getting the high rating it deserves and I have no idea if someone mistakenly uploaded the pages all out of whack but by chapter 4, the pages and panels are ALL OVER THE PLACE with no connection to each other. One moment uke is suddenly talking to a flower lady from having a flashback to a conversation with his mother about wearing contacts because seme told him nice things and the next page he’s having a conversation with seme... no idea what is going on... Okay seems like it’s just the author’s style and I DO NOT LIKE. It really lacks flow. Jump cuts in manga are tricky and there’s a reason why few experienced manga authors can pull it off. If it’s sloppy like this, it’s because it’s amateur, no matter how gorgeous the art and characters.
