The fun thing now is that because MC Uke is such a good person contrary to his original character as a shitty cruel side top, Main Bottom is now in love with MC Uke and will become a Top character in this new Isekai storyline and we have no idea if MC Uke will end up with New Top (previously Main Bottom) or Alpha Top (Crazy Main Top) haha.

After being constantly bullied since primary school, uke has tried his hardest juggling school and many part-time jobs to leave his mobster family and life behind and lived a normal life and finally has a normal life in college loving alone.
