When seme realises that he can’t hear the thoughts of the guy who comes to visit him in hospital (uke; whom alarmingly he still doesn’t even remember who he is even though he ruined uke’s life and again crossed paths with him right before the accident), seme latches on to uke as of his life depended on it and pleads for uke to visit him regularly, which uke does. Seme also becomes super possessive of uke. C03: While seme keeps desperately holding onto uke trying to get closer to uke and having uke all to himself, uke entertains him due to crippling guilt and pretends to be friends with seme. Seme constantly texts and calls uke and asks uke if he can also hear other people’s thoughts, uke says he can and then seme asks uke to be his saviour. That’s why seme is so blasé and bored with life and nauseated that he will be surrounded by pathetic creatures like this for life. Seme is actually a horrible person who looks down on everyone since he himself is too blessed and is jaded due to that. I love that after the accident (by uke’s powers where uke wished he’d get hit by a truck but also wished he didn’t die when consumed by sudden guilt when he realised that he might a murderer) and seme starts to hear people’s thoughts, this brings seme down a notch or ten, he gets humbled as he acts like a lunatic to others since he can what their thoughts but people get freaked out by that. People that seme looked down on now think of seme as a freak… Serves seme right, hmph! Uke tries to commit suicide to leave the hell he’s living in by slashing his wrists but somehow he wakes up unhurt (but full of the blood spilled when he slashed his wrists and the bloody knife), a with the ability to hear people’s thoughts and an indestructible body (he tries to cut his wrists again but it didn’t work). Also, he can make his deepest wishes come true like when he saw seme again and wished he’d get hit by a truck and he did.
