I don't like the ml because who tf thinks it's okay to fuck someone the first night and then divorce them directly after that? I guess that that's literally what the plot is based on but still... On the other hand I don't think that the ml didn't love her back then like other comments claimed. In the flashbacks we could see that he wanted to please her even if it went wrong. But who knows what happens. The son is adorable and the mc very likeable too. She's smart and caring and while she's nice she also doesn't let others just walk over her.

Chapter 22 I love a long-haired MC after all those others. It's very enjoyable so far. But I don't know if I missed something or not (probably did) but I took me a while to understand the relations in the empire: Ragnar is the fifth prince and also the one who betrayed the MC.
