I really like this one. The sensei killed the main girl’s parents. He is the teacher at her school and she studies under him as a killer planning to kill him. They study murders happening around town and in the end the sensei always kills them in the end.

the girl can see spirits now. they always show up to try and spook her but she gives no reaction no matter how scared she really is
