Zig pulled out the good man the Colonel used to be. The story follows an ex-soldier who managed to survive the savagery of Al-Queda militants and is now a security guard at a bank in Hong Kong which happened to be the last place where Colonel and his subordinates had robbed. After the incident, Colonel was held captive and Adams hired Zig to keep an eye on him where he was given 300 hours to finish the job. From then on, things turned out really interesting which resulted in a really amazing plot. Zig is strong male lead, indeed. He didn't resort to any violence while on duty. It's a type of action where the mc doesn't necessarily have to kill but the story lines remains interesting.

Finished ️ Cute, puppy seme and an independent white-collar worker uke. Although there's no explanation as to how did Jun hop into modern world, it's still one of the best and heartwarming manhwas I have read. On top of that, I love the art style. It's visually enticing and sort of nostalgic, that reminds me of old works I've read before. 5 staaaar dun dun ~ husbando hahaha

Took me some time to finished because of reading slump. I wish I could love this the way I thought I would, the art style attracted me more than the story itself. Maybe, I'll reread this next time. My ratings will remain a big 5 since I enjoyed it nonetheless and considering the sleek and neat art, can't bring myself to give less than that.

So do I need to prepare for tissues or nah? This doesn't resonate a heartbreak but I really doubt it because some stories I've read made a few scenes under the starry night and it was a total wreck. Oh my God, that is so beautiful. I'm glad the conflict is not a total heartbreaker, you don't have to endure every chapters. Subaru and Toga are adorable and really likeable characters. A week later, a replacement of Hikaru showed up but Yoshiki knows it isn't the same person as Hikaru but an entity taking the form of his friend. So basically, Hikaru fell into an accident when he stepped on banana peel and then lost his footing because he got distracted by a curvy tree? I thought this was a ridiculous way to end Hikaru's life. The mystery keeps me reading and I love that I love every chapters totally engrossing and worth the time.

There are so much words to say that I don't know where to begin with. First of all, it is still a shock for me to know the passing of the author at such a young age. I really cried and I can't tell if it's because of the news or the book hangover. There are only a few times a book I'm reading left me infuriated and this one counts. This is not your usual manga where the character reveals their past trauma and that revelation resolves the conflict. Brace yourselves, good thing they put Taiga's friends for comic relief. ️

Currently Reading ☞ I can't explain this but everytime, everytime there's a musician in the story, it gives me the collywobbles. ☞ Status: Finished Pure souls with purest feelings deserve a happy ending ️ I would've really had a heart attack if something bad happened to Isuzu or Touka. Both of them are struggling to live in their own worlds and it really pokes my heart. I'm so glad that Isuzu is slowly opening his heart to Touka and so confirms their case in not an "unrequited love". Even there's not much romance can be found, I'm satisfied with the mutual understanding between them, well love takes time. This is so dear to me, one of the best reads in July ️

Aw sweet, people might be wondering where did the angels fled to. Must be nice to be a painting that lives in the night, it's like the movie "Night at the Museum". As an artist, the efforts and appreciation you give to your art is what gives them the soul. I'm glad they meet again. ️ There's just one question stuck in my head though. What if they paint demons and monsters underground?
